Frequently asked questions
Where will my ad appear?
On TAP tablets mounted in rideshare vehicles (Uber, Lyft and others) in your market. Your ad rotates with a small number of other local businesses, so riders see it repeatedly during their trip.
How do I know it works?
Every ad carries a unique QR code. When a rider scans it they land on your TAP business page or website, and you see every verified scan — by day, city and device — in your dashboard. Bot and duplicate scans are filtered out automatically.
What contract terms are available?
Month-to-month, 3, 6 or 12-month terms. Longer terms have a lower monthly price. Contracts renew automatically for the same term so your ads never go dark unexpectedly.
How do I cancel?
Give notice from your dashboard at least 30 days before your term ends and your contract will end at the end of that term. Notice given later than that takes effect at the end of the following term. You can withdraw a notice at any time before it takes effect.
What happens if I get more scans than my plan includes?
Great news for your business! Scans above your included amount are billed at your package's per-scan rate on your next monthly invoice.
Can I design my own ad?
Yes. Use our ad builder with professional templates, or upload your own full-screen artwork. Every ad is reviewed by our team before it runs, usually within one business day.
How do I pay?
By card or US bank account (ACH) through Stripe. You are billed monthly in advance and can download every invoice from your dashboard.
