Driver FAQ
What does it cost me?
Nothing. TAP supplies the tablet and mount. You keep it charged, mounted and switched on while you drive.
How do I get paid?
You earn $0.50 for every hour the tablet is on screen and $0.25 for every verified rider scan. Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe once your balance reaches $10.
Who can apply?
Active rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft or similar) with a valid license, insurance and registration in one of our markets.
Do I have to do anything with riders?
No selling and no talking points. The tablet runs on its own; riders scan the QR codes if they're interested.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Just return the tablet. There are no minimum hours.
