Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, dashboards and related services (the "Services") operated by TAP - Travel Ads Pro ("TAP", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. Advertisers are also bound by the Advertiser Agreement and drivers by the Driver Program Agreement; if those agreements conflict with these Terms, the agreement controls.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Business listings and content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything they publish through TAP, including business pages, ads, offers and images, and confirm they have the rights to use them. We may edit formatting, decline, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, infringing, offensive or otherwise inconsistent with our content standards.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with the Services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or scrape the directory in bulk.
  • Do not generate artificial QR scans, clicks or other engagement, or use bots or scripts to do so.
  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

4. Directory information

The local business directory is provided for information only. TAP does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for the goods or services offered by listed businesses. Offers are provided by the business and subject to its own terms.

5. Fees

Paid services are billed as described in your order and the Advertiser Agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for amounts due.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including templates, software and branding, belong to TAP. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant TAP a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and adapt it as needed to provide and promote the Services.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and TAP's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TAP in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any contract term you have agreed to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
